2019 HGM T-Shirts
Wishes for a Happy and Healthy New Year!!
To kick off 2019 we have new Portola HGM t-shirts and hoodie sweatshirts available to order.
A form was sent home with your child today or you can print the attached copy and have your child turn it in to the magnet office or their homeroom teacher. We will only be placing an order for the exact items that we receive an order form and payment for. We will not be purchasing extra items for future purchase.
All order forms (see below for downloadable form and online form) and payment are due by Tuesday, January 29th. With the tentative strike next week we recommend getting your order placed as quickly as possible.
Payment is by check or cash only. Please make checks payable to "Portola MPA".
