The Portola Highly Gifted Magnet (HGM) program is designed to provide a challenging and enriching educational experience for highly gifted students. Our program differentiates the standard curriculum by utilizing strategies such as acceleration, depth, complexity, and clustering to access higher level thinking skills.

Enrichment Clubs & Activities

Our Enrichment Clubs & Activities offer highly gifted students the opportunity to explore their interests and passions outside of the traditional classroom. These activities are designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, providing a well-rounded educational experience for our students.

After-School Enrichment

At Portola Highly Gifted Magnet, we understand the importance of continued growth and learning beyond the school day. Our After-School Enrichment programs provide students with access to specialized classes and workshops that further enrich their educational journey. These programs are tailored to meet the unique learning needs of highly gifted individuals.
